Tom Klusaw The technical support I received via phone, fax and mail before, during and after installation was tremendous. It made each step of the process easy. I thought it would have been difficult installing our floor sight unseen by your staff, but so long as good measurements are taken, your staff does a great job cutting "custom cut" pieces. We had a lot of custom cut pieces and didn't have a problem with any of them. I was always able to contact someone, if I had any questions. This is not always easy when two people working together are in different time zones. I would highly recommend the O'Mara Sprung Floor System to anyone looking for a quality floor that is affordable, easy to install and can be added on to if needed. The installation went well. It took myself and one other person about 3/4 of a normal working day to install it. Having the ability to read and understand directions, is about the only skill needed. The cable system was easy to understand. The floor was unpacked from it's crate and put in numbered order. We actually had the floor prepped in the same room that we were installing it in.
